In memory of James Patrick Bulger, a Red Balloon Learner Centre is being made in Liverpool UK. The learner centre will help victims of bullying and provide them with a safe place to learn as well as help re-build their self esteem. Denise Fergus and Esther Rantzen have launched an appeal to raise 1 Million GBP. You can help in so many ways to make this happen for the many children who will benefit from the James Bulger House.
